Ask Ruby anything about the site and she will answer straight away. If she cannot help, or you would rather talk to a person, every answer below ends with somewhere real to go.
If somebody is in danger
We are not an emergency service and we cannot intervene in anything happening away from the site. Please contact the police first, then tell us so we can act on the account.
Ruby is an assistant, not a moderator. She cannot change your account.
Ruby is our AI assistant. She can explain how anything on the site works, but she cannot see your account, change your balance, approve a photograph or decide a refund. For those, email support and a person will pick it up.
